Wine Making Fermented in new French oak barrels for 21 days. After fermentation the wine undergoes daily battonage for five months.
Tasting notes Fresh green fruit and lemon peel, with a pungent minerality with hints of flint. Excellent crisp acidity and structure.
Food pairing Perfect pairing for Asian food, and also vegetarian dishes with ingredients like; yellow squash, peas, aubergine, white mushrooms and truffles.
Serving recommendations Serve cold 7-9ºC.
