Grape varieties 50% Aragonez, 30% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro
Winemaking Bunches crushed and fully destemmed, fermented at 26°C with a prolonged skin maceration. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes This lightly oaked wine is soft with lots of ripe jammy red fruit, chocolate and finishing with notes of spice. Complex and well structured, elegant and balanced with very fine, velvety tannins.
Food pairing Spaghetti Bolognese, roast lamb or seared tuna.
Serving recommendations Serve just below room temperature 16-18ºC.
