Grape varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho
Winemaking Manual harvesting. The grapes were selected on the sorting table, destemmed and the berries lightly crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at low temperature for 21 days. Aged in bottle for 3 months.
Tasting notes Golden green in colour. Lively aromas of mango and tropical fruits. Medium bodied with a fresh and clean finish.
Food pairing Seared tuna, squash and requeijão, chicken curry
Serving recommendations Serve cold 7-9 ºC.
